I want to send a mailing to 200 potential new customers offering free product samples and/or a sales visit to do a product tasting.

How will you measure its effects?
- Number of responses to the mailing. - How many of those become new customers by placing an order in the next 3 months. My target is 10 new customers. - Increased turnover and profit vs the costs of the promotion.
