- Are the style and language in line with your brand or business identity?
- Is it well laid out and well branded?
- Is it impactful and distinctive, especially vs what your competitors do?
- Does it make full use of the medium?
- Is it easy to understand, and are all claims accurate and believable ?
- How well does it communicate the intended message?
- Does it offer good reasons for the reader to act in response?
- Does it make it easy for the reader to act?
- Does it provide contact address, phone number, email etc?
- Does it allow you to identify the source of any response?
- Does it ask for information about the reader, and offer an incentive for providing it?
- What do your customers think?
